Annie Hodson is the current Director of Client Solutions at SweetRush Inc. Annie has over 10 years experience in educational technology and management. Annie has a proven track record of success in their field, with experience in both K-12 and higher education.
Annie began their career in educational technology as a Professional Development Manager at Edgenuity Inc. In this role, they were responsible for managing a $1.3 million implementation contract with the State of Texas. Annie was also a leader and mentor for 10 direct reports on the US Professional Development team, leading K-12 teacher PD initiatives nationally. During their time at Edgenuity, Annie increased renewals of virtual professional development services from 60% to 95%. This was accomplished through customer communication, gamification and badging initiatives, and restructuring of delivery models. Annie also developed professional development content and assets that aligned with Edgenuity’s overall solutions.
In 2009, Annie became the Director of Instructional Technology at New Dimension Media. In this role, Annie was responsible for developing internal training systems and monitoring product roadmaps to create and update training and professional development offerings as necessary. Annie also collaborated with product marketing to conduct student/teacher user testing, market research, and alignment to national & state standards.
Annie Hodson has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Westmont College. Annie also has certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and from the Colorado Department of Education as a Colorado Teaching Credential - Instructional Technology Specialist.
Annie Hodson reports to Andrei Hedstrom, Co-Founder, President & CEO. They are on a team with Clare Dygert - Director of Instructional Design, Mark Mastro - Director of IT & Security, and Gregg Kendrick - Director of Thrive by SweetRush.
