Jamie McGlinchey Shenkman is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Design at sweetgreen, having progressed through various roles including Senior Design Manager, Store Design Manager, and Store Designer since June 2018. Prior experience includes a position as Graduate Teaching Assistant at Parsons School of Design from August 2017 to May 2018, and a tenure at Melissa Joy Manning, Inc. as Design and Development Manager and Assistant to the CEO and Design from June 2012 to August 2016. Jamie began a career in design at The NES Group, serving as Assistant Designer from August 2010 to June 2012. Academic credentials include a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art and Design from Syracuse University.
