Sonia Melendez is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Dart Container since February 2014, where leadership is provided in managing HR practices to foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with Affirmative Action and EEO standards. Additionally, Sonia has been with Sweetbay Supermarket since August 1999, starting as a Hiring and Training Coordinator from 2002 to 2004 and advancing to the role of HR Partner in 2004, overseeing HR functions for 400 associate fulfillment centers and communicating organizational culture. Sonia holds a degree in HR Management from the University of South Florida, earned between 2007 and 2009.
