Ieva Kniežaitė started their work experience in 2014 as an intern at the "Pajūrio naujienos" newspaper, where they worked for one month. In 2015, they completed an internship at the "Ajonda" publishing house for three months, and then moved on to a role as an Assistant Manager at ANIMAFEST EXPERIENCE (Internships Abroad) Hotels & Resorts from September 2015 to August 2016. Ieva joined SWEET INN as a Guest Relations employee in August 2016 and stayed in that role until October 2017. From November 2017, they were promoted to Operations Manager at SWEET INN with no specified end date.

Ieva Kniežaitė completed their Bachelor's degree in Publishing from Vilnius University between the years 2011 and 2015.
