Andreea Daraban has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Andreea began their career as a Hostess at PORTO CARRAS GRAND RESORT in 2011. Andreea then worked as a Student at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they had short-term roles as a Client Service Agent at BRD and a Sales Advisor at Alpha Bank.

In 2014, Andreea joined Hotel Anna as a Receptionist, where they started as an intern and was responsible for personalized check-ins and check-outs. Andreea continued to gain experience in customer service and moved to Best Western International as a Head Receptionist from 2015 to 2016.

Andreea then worked at Novotel hotels as a Receptionist from 2016 to 2017, where they provided friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. Andreea then joined Best Western® Hotels & Resorts as a Duty Manager from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they improved service, dealt with customer complaints, and worked on strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation.

From 2018 to 2020, Andreea worked at Fairmont Barcelona Rey Juan Carlos I. Andreea served as a Front Office Executive, ensuring high levels of hospitality and service. Andreea assisted the Front Office Manager in various tasks and ensured a smooth operation at the front desk. In 2020, they transitioned to a Sales Executive role within the same company.

Currently, Andreea works as an Assistant Operations Manager at Sweet Inn, a position they have held since 2022.

Andreea Daraban holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Regional Development from the University Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Iasi, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Andreea also holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Regional Development from Université de Bourgogne, which they obtained in 2013. Andreea's educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Geography of tourism from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended "Vasile Alecsandri College" from 2005 to 2009, studying Intensive French philology, although they did not receive a degree from that institution.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Staying Positive and Productive during Uncertainty" and "Learning Salesforce" from LinkedIn. Andreea obtained these certifications in May 2020 and April 2020, respectively.
