Hassan Ezzeddine is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently, Hassan oversees eight coffee shops and 30 Sweet Factory stores, focusing on daily operations, sales control, and staff training to enhance customer service and profitability. Prior experience includes roles as branch manager at Creative Eye-Kuwait, executive housekeeper at Touristic Enterprises Company, and duty manager at La Maison du Hamra Hotel in Lebanon, among others. Hassan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Hospitality Management from the Lebanese American University.
