Agustin Roldan has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 2010 as a Team Lead for the Formula SAE Society of Automotive Engineers at UC Merced. In 2011, they began tutoring K-12 students in science, reading, and writing as a Tutor for Sullivan Learning Systems. In 2013, they founded Foodie, an automated food delivery service, and developed five main applications for the service. In 2014, they began working as a Software Engineer for Atom3dprints.com, developing a custom 3D printing web service. At the same time, they worked as a Project Engineer Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery, and as Project Leader for the 4th Annual Mobile App Challenge at UC Merced. In 2015, they developed a Google Chrome extension for OPSWAT as a Software Engineer. In 2016, they founded Sweep Energy and was responsible for product development of enterprise wireless hardware monitors for industrial equipment, as well as contributing to R&D of machine learning diagnostic models for real-time industrial health monitoring. Agustin was also responsible for product implementation in farms, food production facilities and commercial buildings.
Agustin Roldan graduated from the University of California, Merced in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Writing.
