Peter Thomson is a highly experienced professional in the bakery and food science industries, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Sweegen since July 2023. Previously, Peter held several roles at International Flavors & Fragrances, including Global Innovation Director for Bakery and Emulsifiers and Senior Application Specialist & Global Knowledge Team Lead. Prior experiences include significant positions at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and La Fornaia Limited, where Peter focused on product development and R&D for bakery applications. Peter's career began as a Bakery Technologist at Weston Research Laboratories, following an early trajectory as a trainee baker in various craft bakeries. Peter's educational background includes studies at Brooklands Technical College and Fernhill Comprehensive School.
