Javier Gomez-Lopez, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of sensory analysis and product innovation, currently serving as Sensory Manager EMEA at Sweegen since June 2022. Prior to this role, Javier held positions including Sensory and Consumer Technical Manager at SRG and Sensory and Product Innovation Manager at Campden BRI, where responsibilities included managing sensory panels and pilot plants while driving business development. With extensive experience dating back to their tenure as Global Sensory Manager at FlavorActiV, Javier specialized in sensory consulting for the brewing and beverage industry and developed taster training courses.
