Pär Sandell has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software development and consulting. Pär currently works as a Software Developer at Knowit Swedspot AB since 2023. Previously, they held the role of Senior Consultant at Knowit from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Pär worked at Volvo Construction Equipment where they held multiple roles including CI/CD Specialist from 2022 to 2022, SW Architect from 2014 to 2021, and System Architect from 2011 to 2014. Pär also worked as a Consultant at Combitech AB from 2006 to 2011, a Software Development Engineer at Teleca Systems from 2004 to 2006, and a Software Developer at IAR Systems from 2000 to 2004. Pär's earliest work experience was as a Software Developer at Combitech Traffic Systems from 1995 to 1999.

Pär Sandell completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Högskolan i Kalmar from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Jenkins Pipeline - Fundamentals from CloudBees University, which was awarded in September 2019.
