Emily Schubert is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at UW Health SwedishAmerican, a position held since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing and directing staffing activities for various positions within UW Health Northern Illinois. Prior to this role, Emily served as Enrollment Director at Boylan Catholic High School from August 2012 to January 2022, overseeing student admissions and coordinating visit programs. Emily's earlier experience includes positions at Bradley University, where roles spanned from Associate Director of Admissions to enrollment advising, along with foundational experience in undergraduate admissions. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Leadership in Human Service Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications-Public Relations, both from Bradley University.
