The Organizational Development Team at the Swedish Red Cross is responsible for enhancing the internal capacity and operational efficiency of the organization. They work on strategic projects, integration initiatives, and volunteer management to strengthen the organization's ability to respond effectively to crises and support vulnerable communities. The team ensures alignment and continuous improvement within the organization to better fulfil its mission of preventing and alleviating human suffering, both in Sweden and internationally.
