Therese Karlsson currently serves as the International Account Manager for Congress & Events at Svenska Mässan, a leading exhibition and conference facility in Europe, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Therese worked for Turistrådet Västsverige from February 2013 to January 2023 as a Travel Trade Manager, where responsibilities included developing and marketing Västra Götaland as a destination. Previous experience includes positions as a Travel Consultant at Stena Line, Project Assistant at Västsvenska Handelskammaren, and various roles in event and customer service across multiple organizations, including the Cruising Yacht Club Australia and Langley Hotels & Resorts. Therese holds degrees in Digital Marketing from IHM Business School and International Marketing and Sales from Sälj & Marknadshögskolan, complemented by a Diploma of Business Marketing from MEGT Australia.
