Johanna Raynal has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability and corporate responsibility. Johanna is currently working as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Swedfund International since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of ESG & Impact at the same organization, where they were responsible for managing the impact and sustainable business practices of their portfolio.
Prior to their role at Swedfund International, Johanna worked as a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Enact Sustainable Strategies, where they advised companies on sustainability strategies, conducted materiality analysis, and managed sustainability programs. During their time there, they also handled Enact's finances and quality work.
Before joining Enact, Johanna was a Senior Manager at PwC Suomi, where they provided expertise in advising companies on corporate responsibility strategies and responsible investments. Johanna also worked as a Team Manager, overseeing a team of professionals and handling personnel responsibilities.
Earlier in their career, Johanna held a leadership role at Bergen Energi AB, where they managed cost management services in Finland and Sweden and was a member of the Swedish Management Team.
Johanna also gained valuable experience as a CSR trainee at WNS Global Services, conducting research on corporate social responsibility practices and NGOs operating in Mumbai. Johanna started their professional journey as the National Team Director at AIESEC in Finland, where they were responsible for financial planning and management.
Throughout their career, Johanna has demonstrated a commitment to sustainability and impact investments, with expertise in advising companies, managing teams, and handling financial responsibilities.
Johanna Raynal pursued their education at the University of Vaasa from 1997 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance.
