Robert Norak has been a Senior Analyst at Swedbank Estonia since August 2010, focusing on customer data analysis, developing automated offers, and creating AML/KYC communication campaigns for both private and business customers across the Baltic States. Before this role, Robert served as an Analyst and Junior Analyst, where responsibilities included reporting on new service models and validating customer profiling metrics. Additionally, Robert manages the Basketball Section of Swedbank Sportsclub Estonia, overseeing budgeting, contracts, and training organization. Robert's earlier experience includes roles in door-to-door sales and as a clerk-consultant. Education includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from the University of Tartu, achieved between 2006 and 2018.
