Karin Ange has extensive experience at Swedbank Estonia, starting from a summer internship in 2005 and advancing to the position of Team Lead for IFRS 9 modelling since January 2006. In this role, Karin leads the team responsible for developing and stress testing IFRS 9 credit risk models across the Baltics. Prior positions include Credit Risk Modeler, where responsibilities involved developing and validating IRB models and participating in a Group-wide IFRS 9 project, along with roles in customer analysis and credit risk analysis focusing on data needs and quality frameworks. Karin holds a Master's degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Statistics, both from the University of Tartu.
