As Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development, Pat is responsible for corporate recruitment and organizational talent development, supporting SWCA’s efforts to position talented staff where they can best contribute to driving the company’s overall success.
Pat has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, having worked in transportation, commercial construction, and consulting. He holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and has various certifications in Human Resources and Talent Development. Additional areas of expertise include organizational leadership, performance consulting, decision-making, strategy development, process improvement, change management, and employee engagement.
