Kaitlin Wilms has a diverse range of experience in the field of environmental biology. Kaitlin'smost recent position was as a Staff Biologist at SWCA Environmental Consultants, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Biologist/Ecologist at Tetra Tech from October 2021 to February 2023.
Before joining Tetra Tech, Kaitlin served as a Wildlife Biologist at Whitetail Environmental LLC from November 2020 to October 2021. These roles involved conducting various research projects, such as studying avian species, small mammals, wild pigs, and eastern wild turkeys, as well as working on projects related to bat fatalities, mule deer, quail, bullfrog tadpoles, and feral hogs.

Kaitlin Wilms attended Texas Tech University from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management and Policy.
