Isabel Cordova, M.A., RPA has extensive experience in cultural resources management throughout California and the Great Lakes region. Isabel has over 10 years of experience in archaeological fieldwork, research, and curation practices. Isabel has authored numerous environmental impact reports, cultural resource evaluations, technical reports, and record searches. Isabel is skilled in meeting national standards in archaeology set by the Secretary of Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation.

Their work experience includes roles such as Lead Project Manager-Cultural Resources at SWCA Environmental Consultants, Senior Archaeologist at Insignia Environmental, Principal Investigator/Senior Scientist I at Atkins, Senior Archaeologist/Principal Investigator at PanGIS, Inc., Associate Archaeologist/Field Director at ASM, and Archaeologist at Paleo Solutions. Isabel has also worked in archaeology collections at the UCLA Fowler Museum.

Throughout their career, Isabel has demonstrated expertise in project management, proposal writing, budgeting, and supervising field crews. Isabel has a strong background in compliance with regulations such as Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the California Environmental Quality Act.

Isabel Cordova, M.A., RPA completed their education in a chronological order. Isabel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology/History from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Public Archaeology at California State University, Northridge, from 2006 to 2010.
