Kathy Will is an experienced professional in the mortgage and finance industry, currently serving as the Area Closing Manager at SWBC Mortgage since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing closing operations for one of the company's four areas. Prior to this role, Kathy held various positions, including AVP of Mortgage Operations at Corridor Mortgage Group, Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Bay Bank, and Lending Manager for Quality Inspection Services at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrator/Investigator for the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Vice President of Construction Lending at Chevy Chase Bank. Kathy began a long career in the industry at Columbia National, Inc., where roles included Senior Vice President with responsibilities spanning credit, underwriting, marketing, and corporate development. Kathy holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
