Jennie Backers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems and project management within the mortgage industry. At SWBC Mortgage from September 2020 to November 2023, Jennie served as the Director of Business Systems, focusing on technical direction and support for process development, project analysis, planning, testing, and implementation. Prior to that, Jennie worked at Volly as a POS/UAT/Implementation specialist, testing scenarios and documenting software defects. Jennie's earlier role at GMFS, LLC as a Loan Origination Software Administrator/LOS Project Analyst involved managing the systems development life cycle and collaborating with departmental users on project planning, requirements, design, and testing processes.
