Sandra Vorhofer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sandra currently holds the position of Vice President Corporate Talent, Learning & Culture at SWAROVSKI since November 2022. Previously, they worked as the Corporate Director of Culture and Employee Experience at SWAROVSKI from April 2021 to November 2022, and as the Head of Learning and Organizational Development from April 2019 to April 2021.
Before joining SWAROVSKI, Sandra worked at Novartis as the Head of Talent and Organizational Development & Inclusion, Global Supply Chain from March 2018 to March 2019, and as the Head of Organizational Development & Talent Management from June 2015 to March 2019.
Sandra also has experience as a Consultant, Coach & Geschäftsführung für Österreich at ComTeam Organisationsentwicklung GmbH from 2014 to 2016, and as a Global HR Business Partner, Global HR Manager for Services, and Organization and Staffing Manager at GE Power & Water from 2005 to 2013.
Additionally, Sandra worked as a Trainer & Consultant in the healthcare sector at ITH - (Siemens & Tilak cooperation) from 2000 to 2005. Alongside their professional experience, they founded Curiositat.at in 2013, where they focused on promoting curiosity and learning.
