Ron Joseph is the Founder and CEO of Swapalease.com, the largest and original marketplace for consumers to transfer automotive leases, a role held since September 1998. In addition to leading Swapalease, Ron Joseph serves as the Executive Director of Joseph Auto Group, a position maintained since January 1995. Ron Joseph holds both a BSBA and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Xavier University - Williams College of Business, earned between 1985 and 1989.
