Shu Jun Lim has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Assistant Finance Manager at Brightstar Distribution Sdn Bhd. Shu Jun then continued their career at Brightstar Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Finance Manager from 2016 to 2017. Shu Jun Lim also held the position of Head of Department, Student Accounts and Procurement (Finance) at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis Manager at Swap Asia since 2018.

Shu Jun Lim completed a Bachelor of Accounting with Honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia between the years 2007 and 2011. In July 2017, Shu Jun Lim became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
