Edmond Tan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Edmond began their career in 2015 as a Mobile Application Developer at Glocomp Systems, where they coded application designs and contributed ideas for Android mobile applications. In 2018, they worked as a Software Tester at Treasure Frontier System for a brief period. Following this, they joined Huawei as a Device Engineer, responsible for technical support and troubleshooting. In 2019, they moved to Samsung Electronics as a Technical Support Engineer, where they continued to provide technical assistance. In 2021, they transitioned to Brightstar Corp. and then to Swap Asia, both as an Assistant Vendor Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Product & Services Manager at Swap Asia.

From 2016 to 2018, Edmond attended Taylor's University and earned a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering.
Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, from 2013 to 2016, Edmond also studied at Taylor's University and obtained a Diploma in Information Technology.
Prior to their university education, from 2007 to 2012, Edmond attended Confucian Private Secondary School and completed the UEC (United Examination Certificate) in the Science Stream.
Additionally, from 2009 to 2010, Edmond attended Yu yuan secondary school and took courses in the Science stream, although no specific degree was mentioned.
Edmond has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received a Bachelor of Software Engineering Honours certification from the University of the West of England.
