Brandon Ricca is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Swanson Flo since February 2023, Brandon previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Catalytic Combustion Corporation, where leadership included managing a team of mechanical and electrical designers for emissions control systems. Brandon's extensive military career in the US Navy spanned over 14 years, with roles including COMSUBLANT Submarine Watch Officer, assisting in the safety and communication for 25 nuclear submarines, and various engineering positions, such as Damage Control Assistant and Main Propulsion Assistant, managing significant resources and personnel on nuclear submarines. Brandon holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a certificate in Reactor Plant Operations from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
