Jean Church MBE, FIoD Dip.IoD, currently serves as an Independent Member General for Swansea Bay University Health Board since May 2023. Previously, Jean held various influential roles at The Institute of Directors from 1995 to November 2022, including Chair of Council and Senior Independent Council Member, leading initiatives to support membership growth and engage with local stakeholders in Wales. As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of My Business Lynq from February 2019 to July 2022, Jean focused on transforming procurement and supply chain management with data analytics. Additional experience includes positions as Managing Director at 2Win Consulting Limited, Non-Executive Director at n-ergy Group Ltd., and Director of Strategy and Innovation at n-ergy. With a background in leadership, operational mentoring, and strategic development across multiple sectors, Jean has contributed to various advisory panels and organizations, enhancing business practices and governance standards. Education includes studies at the University of Glamorgan and Abersychan Grammar Technical School.
