Charlotte Astier has extensive work experience in the legal field. Charlotte began their career as a Juriste (stagiaire) in Private Equity and Corporate law at EY Société d'Avocats in 2018. Charlotte then worked as an Alternance EFB - Corporate M&A at CBR & Associés in 2019. Later that year, they became a Trainee Lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP Paris, specializing in Fonds d'investissement/Private Equity. In 2020, they worked as a Trainee Lawyer in M&A/Private Equity at Crédit Agricole Capital Investissement & Finance (CACIF). Charlotte also gained experience as a Legal Intern in Financial Regulation at Linklaters and as a Titulaire du Capa at A la recherche d'une collaboration. In 2021, Charlotte worked as an Associate in the Funds and Asset Management Group at Dentons. Charlotte then joined Coinhouse in 2022 as a Legal Counsel before becoming a Chargée de travaux dirigés en droit des sociétés (Master 1) at Université Paris Descartes in 2021. Finally, Charlotte currently holds the position of Legal Counsel at Swan since 2023.
Charlotte Astier completed their education in the field of law and business. In 2014, they obtained a License de droit privé from the University of Montpellier.
