Antonio Pasantes is an experienced General Manager in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the GM for Swan London since April 2024. Previously, Antonio held GM positions at The Seafood Bar, Young's and Geronimo, Maxwell's Restaurants Group, Gaucho Tower Bridge, Wallace&Co, and Brasserie James, accumulating extensive management experience across various establishments. Antonio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Spanish from the University of Roehampton.
