Roman Vavrík currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Advisor to the Board of Directors at SWAN, a.s. since September 2018, and holds the position of Vice Chairman on the Supervisory Board of SWAN Mobile (4ka) since February 2019. Prior to these roles, Roman Vavrík accumulated extensive experience at Slovak Telekom from May 2007 to August 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Marketing Expert focused on B2C go-to-market strategy execution, a Product Development & Marketing Manager overseeing B2B and ICT segment product management, and as Head of Corporate Strategy Team as a Corporate Strategy Expert. Additionally, Roman Vavrík held the position of Marketing & Sales Director at DIGI Slovakia, s.r.o. from March 2014 to August 2018. Roman Vavrík holds multiple degrees in business administration and management, including an MBA from Webster Vienna Private University and various degrees in IT and strategy from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
