Haitao Chen has extensive experience in technical training and apprenticeship programs, currently serving as an Apprenticeship Trainer at Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen since December 2019, where Haitao established the China SW Technical Training Center. Previous roles include Technical Training Center Manager at Rieter from November 2012 to June 2019, overseeing training center operations and collaborating with educational institutions. From April 2010 to November 2012, Haitao functioned as a Training Coordinator and Technical Instructor at Magna International, focusing on training apprentices in mechatronics and tool and die manufacturing. Earlier, from April 2007 to April 2010, Haitao was a Technical Trainer at Suzhou Chien Shiung Institute of Technology, emphasizing the German dual system of training.
