Tarsha W. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Tarsha is currently the Founder and Creator of SW Design Metaversity, where they are responsible for creating a training space in Web 3.0 for K-12 traders. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and National Apprenticeship Program Developer at SW Design School since 2012. Tarsha also held the position of CEO and National Licensee Program Developer at K-12Coders starting from 2015. Tarsha W. has valuable CEO experience from their time as the CEO of Interns4Hire.com from 2016 to 2020 and as the CEO of SW Design & Communications, LLC from 2005 to 2011. Tarsha started their career as the Owner of VLC Designers, LLC, providing web design, graphic design, and marketing strategy services to business owners from 1997 to 2005.

Tarsha W. attended Baker College from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Prior to that, they attended the University of Phoenix from 1993 to 1996, majoring in Computer Science. Tarsha also holds a certification as a Certified Web Master from SW Design School, LLC.
