Steve Fithian is a seasoned professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Senior Advisor, Broker, and Managing Director at SVN / Trinity Advisors since March 2015, where responsibilities include selling and overseeing agents' sales of diverse investment properties. Fithian founded and has operated Visions Realty & Investments since January 1988, transitioning the firm from California to North Texas.
