Emilie Margrethe Sybille Bruun currently serves as the Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Svitzer since February 2022. Prior to this role, Emilie held the position of Head of People & Culture for the CFO Area and Head of Group Talent Management at Coloplast from April 2021 to February 2022. Emilie took a maternity leave from November 2019 until April 2021, and before that, spent six years at Nordea in various leadership roles, including Group Head of Culture & Leadership and Group Head of Talent Management, where Emilie was instrumental in executing a comprehensive culture transformation. Emilie's career began at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2007 to 2013, serving in roles such as Head of Talent, Leadership and Development for Maersk Tankers. Emilie earned a Master of Psychology degree from the University of Copenhagen from 2002 to 2008.
