Maksym Radiuk has extensive experience in the software engineering field. Maksym is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Svitla Systems, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to that, they were a Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from September 2016 to February 2021. Maksym also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Luxoft from November 2014 to September 2016 and as a Java Developer at SoftServe from April 2013 to November 2014. Before transitioning into the software engineering industry, Maksym worked as an Associate Professor at the National Mining University from January 2011 to October 2014 and as a Researcher at the National Academy of Science of Ukraine from 2007 to 2010.

Maksym Radiuk began their education journey by attending Lehigh University from 2010 to 2011, where they focused on engineering. Afterward, they enrolled at Dnipro University of Technology, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in engineering from 2008 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Maksym Radiuk has also obtained various certifications. These include the Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer and the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, which they obtained in December 2022. Furthermore, they earned the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation in November 2022, and the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification in October 2022 from the same institution. Maksym also holds the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) certification from HashiCorp, which they acquired in October 2022.

Maksym Radiuk has also obtained several certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). These include the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification obtained in August 2022, the AWS Certified Database - Specialty certification and the AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification received in July 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification earned in August 2020.

Finally, they obtained the OCA Java SE 7 Programmer certification from Oracle in January 2014.
