Niklas Amberg is a Senior Research Economist at Sveriges Riksbank, with a professional background that includes roles as a Research Economist and Visiting Researcher since January 2017. Prior to this position, Niklas served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics from August 2016 to January 2020. Niklas holds a PhD in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, obtained in 2016, and has experience as a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley in 2014. Academic qualifications also include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, earned in 2010.
