Erika Sandell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Community Development, Project Management & Data Analytics at Sveriges HR Förening since March 2024, Erika has previously held key roles such as HR Digitization and Systems Manager at EasyPark Group, Implementation Consultant at Talentech Sweden, and HR consultant at Region Skåne. Erika's foundational experience includes positions at Boplats Syd as a Tenancy Agent and at Malmö University as an HR-administrator. Erika began a career in fraud analysis with American Express, contributing significantly to fraud prevention efforts. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Lund University, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
