Adithya Rajan has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving in Private Equity & Growth Capital at Sverica Capital Management since 2024. Prior to this role, Adithya held positions in Growth Capital at Innovius Capital from 2021 to 2024 and in Private Equity & Growth Capital at Sumeru Equity Partners from 2019 to 2021. Adithya's earlier career includes roles in Investment Banking for FIG M&A at J.P. Morgan from 2017 to 2019 and in M&A at Jefferies in 2016. Adithya earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and has further education from the University of Oxford.
