Monica Häger has a diverse work experience in the finance and management field. Monica currently holds the position of CFO at AB Svenska Bostäder since 2023. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Sweco, handling company integration from August 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Organizational Change Management professional at NCC from March 2021 to July 2022. In 2020, Monica was involved in a pre-study of ERP at Veidekke Sverige, and from 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Global Process Owner Finance, ERP Implementation at AFRY. Monica'sexperience also includes roles such as Group Business Controller at Scandi Standard, Finance Director at Skanska Infrastructure Development Inc., Business Controller at Skanska Sverige and Skanska AB, as well as serving as a Member of the Board for Skanska Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

Monica Häger obtained a BSc in Public Finance and Accounting from Mid Sweden University, which they completed between 1991 and 1994. In 2008, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics for the IFL Business Performance Diploma Program, although their field of study for this program was not specified.
