Sondre Blaasmo has a diverse range of work experience. Sondre started their career as a Co-Founder of Gold Ventures, an entrepreneurial society at Goldsmiths University, where they developed a framework for non-business students to evaluate their ideas and bring them to market. Sondre also organized events and workshops to promote entrepreneurship.

In 2013, Sondre took on the role of Captain on their own sailing yacht, S/Y One Direction, where they successfully sailed from Norway to the Caribbean and back, showcasing their leadership and decision-making skills.

In 2014, Sondre became the Founder and Managing Director of Future Days Capital, utilizing their entrepreneurial skills to establish the company. Sondre also became a Departmental Student Coordinator at the Student Union of Goldsmiths University.

Sondre's next role was as a Business Innovation Consultant at OPA Associates in 2015, where they worked on projects related to leadership development, executive coaching, and business analysis. One of their main projects involved proposing and consulting on the implementation of a new premium hotel operator for the South-east Asian market.

In 2017, Sondre became the CEO of Svenn, a leading provider of B2B software for the SMB construction industry, specializing in real-time project management, expense tracking, and time optimization.

Throughout their career, Sondre has shown a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a talent for leadership and innovation in various industries.

Sondre Blaasmo attended Goldsmiths, University of London from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Entrepreneurship.
