Frederic Cools is an experienced project coordinator currently at Svea Solar since December 2022, previously serving as a customer experience specialist and customer support agent within the same company. Prior to Svea Solar, Frederic held roles in service and planning at Veneta.com, as a salesperson at Steakamanger, and as a merchandiser at SARAWAK BRUSSELS. Frederic began a career in sales as a sales advisor at Switch, an Apple Premium Reseller. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma in Chemistry from Sint Aloysius Instituut Lier (2012-2016) and a high school diploma in social technical science from Sint-Ursula Instituut Lier (2010-2012).
