Lue Huang's work experience began in 2005 with a DEA training period at Université Montpellier 2. In 2008, they participated in a Master Training period at Universty P.Curie UPMC-Paris6, followed by a PHD role at Université Paris-Sud from 2008 to 2012. Starting in 2013, Lue worked as a Postdoc at ENS Cachan until 2014. Finally, they joined Svar Life Science AB (formerly Euro Diagnostica AB) in 2015 as a Research Scientist, where their employment is ongoing.

Lue Huang began their education in 1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Jinan University in 2002. Lue went on to pursue a Preparation for DEA in Organic Chemistry at the Université Montpellier II from 2003 to 2005. To further their knowledge in the field, Lue then attended Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2006 to 2008, completing a Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology. Finally, they enrolled at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 2008 and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2012.
