Alireza Shams is a Data Scientist and Process Analyst at Svante since September 2021, focusing on enterprise data architecture and developing automation techniques, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling processes. Alireza has extensive teaching experience as an Instructor at TLNT Training, specializing in Chemical Plant Design and Economics. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow at École Polytechnique de Montréal, Mitacs Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill University, and Senior R&D Scientist at Sigma Energy Storage Inc. Alireza holds a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and has pursued specializations in Data Engineering and Deep Learning. Alireza's research expertise encompasses areas such as chemical process intensification, techno-economic analysis of energy systems, and mathematical modeling for drug efficacy.
