Tom Lockard has extensive work experience in the sales field. Tom started their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Subcontracts Planner in 1985. Tom then moved on to M/A-COM as a Field Sales Engineer in 1987, and later became a District Sales Manager from 1989 to 1992. Lockard joined M/A-COM Technology Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager in 1992 and remained in that role until 2009. Tom then joined SV Microwave as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager from 2009 to 2014, followed by the role of National Sales Manager from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Lockard holds the position of Director of Sales at SV Microwave, starting in 2017.

Tom Lockard attended Michigan State University from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Materials & Logistics Management. Following that, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the Microwave Training Institute to study Electronics Technician, although it is unclear if they earned a degree or not.
