José Muñiz, MA, RN, CPhT, currently serves as Training & Quality Supervisor at Fresenius Medical Care North America since May 2018, with prior experience as a Trainer, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Senior Pharmacy Technician within the same organization. Previously, José held the position of Personal Banker at First Midwest Bank from October 2016 to May 2018. A diverse career includes roles as Supervisor and Business Analyst at Popular from September 2005 to September 2016, as well as experience as a Tax Specialist and Client Service Professional at H&R Block between December 2007 and January 2015, alongside an HR Internship. José holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Labor Relations from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herzing University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon.
