Roxana Mihai has extensive experience in customer care, currently serving as Manager of Customer Care at Suvoda since April 2019, where previous roles included Senior Customer Care Specialist II and Senior Customer Care Representative. Prior to Suvoda, Roxana worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Genpact from August 2016 to November 2018, and held the position of Real Estate Consultant at Aisiel Imobiliare from October 2012 to April 2016. Roxana earned a Master's degree in Geography from University Hyperion between 2008 and 2013.
