Emily Paglione has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Delaware in 2016. In 2017, they took on multiple roles at the university as a Research Assistant, Integrated Chemistry and Biology Tutor, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Additionally, they worked as an REU Research Assistant in Biomedical Engineering during the summer of 2017.

In 2019, Emily joined Wegmans Food Markets as a Cashier, where they worked until 2019. Emily then transitioned to Suvoda, where they held various positions over the years. Emily started as an Associate Project Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Project Manager II in 2020. In 2021, they became a Project Manager I and later a Project Manager I, Group Lead in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager II, Group Lead at Suvoda starting from January 2023.

Emily Paglione attended the University of Delaware from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
