Prashant Thakar is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in the financial sector, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Suvidhaa since June 2009. Under the leadership of Paresh Rajde, Suvidhaa has emerged as a key player in the Indian fintech landscape, achieving multiple funding rounds and a successful listing on NSE and BSE in 2021. Prior to Suvidhaa, Prashant held several key finance roles at Shaadi.com, THE COBRA GROUP PLC, Asian Paints, and M.A. Parikh & Company Chartered Accountants. Prashant's educational qualifications include an EPAF in Applied Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Laws with a focus on Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation.
