Kartik Malhotra has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Kartik began their career as a Management Trainee at Inclusive Medicare Pvt Ltd. in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Management Trainee at Inclusive Medicare Pvt Ltd. and a Reconciliation Analyst at American Express India Pvt Ltd. Kartik then worked as a Financial Associate at Inclusive Medicare Pvt. Ltd. in 2016 and an Intern at Syndicate Bank in 2018. In 2018, they also worked as Treasurer at Money Matters Club. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at Cognizant, and from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at BMTG Advisors Pvt Ltd. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at Suuchi, Inc.

Kartik Malhotra received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from MAIMS, IPU in 2015. Kartik also holds a CT-1: Financial Mathematics from Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. Kartik's secondary education includes Class XII from AISSCE in 2015 and Class X from AISSE in 2012. Kartik's primary education was obtained from Apeejay School in New Delhi from 1998 to 2012. Additionally, Kartik has obtained certifications from PM School, LinkedIn, and Aptech. These certifications include Certified Product Manager (CPM) from PM School in 2022, Solving Business Problems from LinkedIn in 2022, and Advance Excel, VBA and Macros from Aptech.
