Decency Chakma is an experienced professional in the textile and design industry, currently serving as AGM - Design & Merchandising at Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd. since July 2018, while also holding the position of Head of Design Department at Nesterra Home Decor since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Designer at GM SYNTEX PVT LTD from February 2016 to July 2018, and various internships in design at Tracon Espl, Pidilite Industries Limited, Floors and Furnishings, and Eastern Silk. Decency Chakma holds a Master's Degree in Textile Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.
